Family and fans alike congratulated their Citrus Park Little League during their homecoming celebration from Williamsport, Pa., Tuesday, Aug. 26, at Wild Wing Cafe. The local group of 11- and 12-year-old ballplayers came within one game of becoming the fourth Tampa Bay area team to play for the Little League World Series championship. That night, the Citrus Park All-Stars (ages 11-12), listed as Team Florida for the television audience, trounced Westside Alabama in an 11-0 slugfest to clinch a Little League World Series berth in Williamsport, Pa.
