HOW TO HELP THE TROOPS
Lutz Patriots
The Lutz Patriots meet every Friday from 4 to 5 p.m. at the Old Lutz School at the corner of US 41 and 4th Avenue. The public is invited to help support the troops by waving flags.
Every dollar helps Lutz Patriots send a care package. Lutz Patriots packages and projects are dependent upon the generosity of residents.
To help the Lutz Patriots send packages, you can make checks payable to the U.S. Postmaster and mail them to Lutz Patriots, P.O. Box 1115, Lutz, FL. 33549.
Shipping costs range from $15 to $40 per box, depending on the size. Personal care items are welcome for donation. E-mail: LutzPatriots@aol.com

Donations of the following items will be greatly appreciated: one-gallon Ziploc bags filled with candy, snacks, food, notes, or anything nonperishable and non-liquid.
Toiletry items should be bagged separately from food items.
You may also put e-mail addresses and return addresses of adults in the bags so you may receive responses from the troops you have helped.
